What is Invisalign^® treatment?

Invisalign^® treatment can straighten your smile without the need for any metal brackets or wires. Instead, it uses a series of clear plastic trays called aligners that look a bit like thin mouthguards. These aligners are custom made for your exact smile goals.

Not only are aligners discreet, they are also removable. This means you don’t need to adjust your diet during treatment, and can take your aligners out for meals, important events and brushing and flossing - just as long as you wear them the recommended 22 hours a day!

How does Invisalign^® treatment work?

During your free consultation, we will use our 3D scanner to make an accurate digital model of your smile. Dr Griffiths will use this model to plan out your treatment and design your custom aligners.

Each set of aligners is shaped slightly differently to guide your teeth into alignment over the course of treatment. Instead of visiting us for adjustment appointments, you can switch to a new set of aligners from the comfort of home as directed by Dr Griffiths.
